End User License Agreement (EULA)

What you are buying

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using our font software, you agree to this EULA. You are buying a license to use the font software, not ownership of it. All copyright and intellectual property rights remain with Increments Studio LTD.

Font formats provided

Fonts are supplied in OpenType (OT/OTF), TrueType (TTF), and WOFF2 formats. Available formats may vary based on license scope or technical compatibility requirements.

License basics

Your license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. The license is granted to one legal entity only (the purchasing person or company), unless otherwise stated in writing.

License tiers

Creative License

  • Company size: up to 1 person
  • Desktop use only
  • For creating static or moving graphics (for example: brand assets, social posts, PDFs, images, and video titles)
  • No web embedding, app embedding, or broadcast/streaming use

Studio License

  • Company size: up to 25 employees
  • Full commercial use across desktop, web, app/game and broadcast/streaming

Agency License

  • Company size: up to 50 employees
  • Full commercial use across desktop, web, app/game and broadcast/streaming

Brand License

  • Company size: up to 100 employees
  • Full commercial use across desktop, web, app/game and broadcast/streaming

Global License

  • Company size: over 100 employees
  • Full commercial use across desktop, web, app/game and broadcast/streaming

Definition of company size

Company size means the total number of employees of the licensed legal entity at the time of purchase, including full-time and part-time employees. If your company grows beyond your licensed tier, you must upgrade within 30 days.

Allowed use

Subject to your tier, you may use the fonts to create commercial work, including branding, marketing, websites, apps, and audiovisual content. You may provide files to a printer or production partner only for your project output, and only if they do not retain or reuse the fonts.

Prohibited use

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, share, lend, lease, sublicense, or give away font files
  • Upload font source files to public repositories or public servers
  • Transfer the license to another person or company without written permission
  • Claim the font software as your own intellectual property
  • Use the fonts beyond your licensed tier

Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where required by law.

Updates and support

We may provide updates at our discretion. Updates do not change your licensed tier unless stated in writing. Support is provided as available and may be limited.

Warranty disclaimer

The font software is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability under this EULA is limited to the amount you paid for the license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Termination

If you breach this EULA, your license terminates automatically. Upon termination, you must stop use and delete all font files in your control.

Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in England and Wales, sitting in London, England.

Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. The version in effect at purchase applies to that purchase unless required by law.

By using the font software, you confirm you have read and agreed to this EULA.
